We are now looking for a healthcare curator for the Anxiety Clinic Rosenlund!

About the Anxiety Clinic Rosenlund

We provide high-level care focused on OCD and post-traumatic stress disorder. We work closely in a multidisciplinary manner with investigations and treatments to achieve the best possible results. Research and development are a major part of our work. In addition, we are very active in mentoring and training younger and future colleagues. We have a particular interest in care development and finding new and better ways to treat our patients.

The clinic is centrally located in Södermalm, in a building opposite Rosenlund Hospital. You will find Årstaviken and many good restaurants around the corner.

Your work as a curator

The work is based on recommendations according to SLSO's care processes for adult psychiatry. At the clinic, we primarily work according to the care processes for PTSD and OCD, which provides a clear structure for assessment, treatment, and follow-up.

You work independently in your profession but are also an integrated part of our multiprofessional treatment teams. You are the sole curator at the clinic and collaborate closely with doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and other employees.

Psychological treatments are carried out by psychologists and psychotherapists in accordance with the recommendations of the care processes. Support conversations can, after assessment, be granted for a limited time with a nurse.

The curator's assignment thus has a clear psychosocial and rehabilitative focus, with an emphasis on assessment, coordination, and support in the patient's social and functional recovery.

Job tasks

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Psychosocial assessments
• Rehabilitation work in close collaboration with doctors, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, and nurses.
• Follow-up conversations with patients and/or their relatives
• Participation in care planning according to SLSO's care processes
• Participation in coordinated individual planning (SIP)
• Support for patients in contacts with: the Social Insurance Agency, the municipality, the Employment Service, and other external actors
• Fixed care contact (FVK) for a number of patients with follow-up responsibility

You contribute your specific psychosocial competence to the team's common understanding of the patient's care needs and are an important resource in complex cases.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed healthcare curator

• Has experience working in psychiatry, preferably outpatient care
• Meritorious personal qualities
• Has knowledge of the social insurance system and municipal interventions
• Is confident in independent work and has an easy time collaborating in a team
• Has a good ability to structure, prioritize, and coordinate
• Is communicative and has an easy time building trust
